Works from many countries
Now you can use the TEL3 service from more than 30 countries including the U.S. and Canada. All you have to do
is either dial one of our access numbers or use Apps (only in US & Canada) to make your calls. We provide both
toll-free and local access numbers.

Sub accounts
If you have multiple users in your household or workplace you can create several sub-accounts all under the same
plan. This way each individual has the ability to monitor their own account with an individualized PIN from one central
account. You even have the option of using different credit cards for different sub accounts, if you wish to separate
the charges of each individual account.

CALLING FEATURES

Instant Access Numbers (IAN)
Making calls via TEL3 is very simple. Register your phone numbers that you will make the call from and start
making calls immediately by dialing one of the access numbers; no need to dial any account number or PINs.
You can register up to 10 Instant Access Numbers via the web or through our customer service.

Speed Dial (favorites list)
Create your own favorites contact list for your friends via TEL3 and add them to your Speed Dial list on your
online account with TEL3. Now, you can also sync your speed dial list with your iPhone via Dialer iPhone app.
See Apps section below. You can add up to 99 phone numbers that you will call to into your list. This way
whenever you place a call to the people you call the most, you simply enter the speed dial number and you’re
connected.

TEL3 APPS - Call directly from your cell phone
With our new free mobile applications you can now place direct international calls from your cell phones without
entering any Access Numbers or PINs. Enjoy all the functionalities of your Blackberry, iPhone or 400+ other cell
phone models, including dialing from your address book while placing calls for pennies.

Smart Numbers
You can now do much more when you call any TEL3 access number. Once you hear the "Welcome to TEL3"
prompt, you have the option to manually recharge your account or contact our customer service department
directly just by using our new smart numbers.

By pressing 1* when you access our system, you will have the option to manually recharge your account. Simply
listen and follow the promptsand you will be able to continue making calls as usual after you recharge.
Please note: For security purposes, over-the-phone recharges are only available from registered phones.

By pressing 0* when you access our system, your call will be directed to one of our customer service representatives.
Please note: We do not charge any fees for connecting your call.

Easy-calling feature
• To place another call without hanging up: Press ## on your dial pad
• To redial a number without hanging up: Press # on your dial pad
• If your call does not go through the first time do not hang up. Press ## to disconnect the previous call, and Press *
# to redial the same number.

MONITOR YOUR SAVING

Online account manager
The TEL3 Customer Account Management is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can check
all your account details online. You will be able to view your credit card charges, balance, and run reports to see
your call history. You also have the ability of add/edit credit card information, instant access numbers, speed dial
numbers, sub accounts and change your settings for SMS notifications, recharge options. Basically you are in total
control.

Furthermore, you can also refer your friends and receive extra bonus minutes when they sign up with us and/or down-
load the Free Apps for your cell phone.

New Mobile Version: Now you can access your TEL3 account faster with our new mobile version. Check your
balance, add/edit speed dial numbers or even recharge your account on the go.

Balance and Minutes Remaining
Every time you make a call with TEL3, our system will promptly tell you your account balance, and the minutes
you have available for the destination you wish to call. We can take this feature on or off upon your request.

To receive your latest balance information simply write "bal" and text message to the TEL3 SMS number. We'll send
a reply text message to you with your balance information. To turn on or off your account’s auto recharge status simply
simply write "auto off" or "auto on" and text message to the TEL3 SMS number. Make sure that you receive a
Confirmation SMS Message from us; if there is no message then it means the request has not been received or not
processed.
